Melissa is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with both in-house and private practice experience.
Melissa joined Quigg Partners in 2005, having previously worked at an in-house role in London, from which she gained an appreciation of the value of pragmatic commercial advice. Melissa is a M&A specialist and also provides advice on all areas of corporate and commercial law, including commercial property and corporate finance.
Melissa holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Arts from the University of Canterbury.
