Sarah has been with Quigg Partners as a member of the Employment Team since 2017 after completing her law and commerce degrees at Victoria University.
Sarah has experience in all areas of employment law, and has particular interests in employment investigations and privacy issues. Sarah regularly assists clients in drafting and interpreting employment agreements, independent contractor agreements and other workplace and employment related policies. She also advises small and large organisations, as well as individuals, on restructures and change management processes, disciplinary meetings and investigations, performance management, and personal grievances. Sarah has represented clients at mediation and has appeared in the Employment Relations Authority.
