    • Agency workers and temps – recent case developments and what you should be aware of

28 August – Legislative Changes

  • The Government’s legislative changes will have a significant impact for some employers. We will update you on the changes and talk you through the practical steps you need to take in relation to
    • 90-day trial periods
    • Bargaining
    • Rest and meal breaks
    • Vulnerable employees

23 October – Health and Safety at Work

  • Health and safety remains a key concern from the shop-floor to the Boardroom. We will discuss recent developments in this area and address:
    • Working with WorkSafe
    • Managing an investigation
    • Enforceable undertakings and what your are options once charges are laid
